85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% PetiteVerdot. Margarita Vineyard is 15 miles from the ocean at 1,000 feet elevation. The relatively cool climate gives us a gorgeous, surprisingly balanced Cabernet from Paso Robles. Aged 18 months in neutral French Oak barrels. Full fruit and fine tannins with minerality thanks to the seabed and calcereous nature of the vineyard.
