We felt like we could pick out every grape in this wine when we tasted it; lemon zest and pear of the Pinot Blanc, rose petal and flint from the Müller-Thurgau, the unmistakable petrol from the Riesling, peach and almond from the Pinot Gris, and a kiss of honeysuckle common in Muscat. Perhaps the reason all of these grapes are playing so well together in this bottle is that they are each harvested at different times, some fruit was picked for its aromatics, some for its acid, and some for its fruit characteristics. The thought and care put into this wine is palpable, gulpable, loveable!

This wine is low enough in alcohol to be drunk on its own, but really shines with a cheese plate and lighter dinner fare like flaky fish or a green goddess dressed salad.
